For project-based or larger orders, delivery time is confirmed individually.
Returns
You can return unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-returnable items
- Used or installed products
- Damaged items caused by installation
- Custom or project-based orders
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
